Silence

“Silence isn’t empty, it’s full of answers.”-Unknown

Silence, yes, that’s this week’s message. I bring it to you, as you may or may not have noticed last week I did not post a video, blog or newsletter. I literally was unable to, I could not catch my breath.

I had been hit by finding out about a tragedy that happened to someone we know. It brought me to where I couldn’t breathe.

In the moments following hearing this news, I choose silence. I choose to not have anything going on. I choose to just be in my life. There is such grace, beauty and learning in silence.

I challenge you, when you feel like you need to go online, turn the TV on, or have music playing in the background thinking you are going to find your answers there, try silence.

I’m not the only one who has figured out the beauty in silence. Here is an article worth a read Why Silence Is So Good For Your Brain– by Carolyn Gregoire.

I would love to know your thoughts. Feel free to email me at info@ninaobier.com.

Everyday…Connect.Create.Communicate.Celebrate

The KEY is in your Morning Routine

P.S. I am grateful for the intentional action I took a few months ago when I published my second book, “My Daily Clarity- 90 Days to Connect.Create.Communicate.Celebrate” It brings me joy to watch others use this tool consistently and have tremendous shifts in their daily routines that have created space for their absolute Yes’s. Be sure to grab your copy and see what clarity putting pen to paper can create. Maybe grab a few trusted friends or colleagues and start your own accountability group too!
