Interested Versus Committed

“Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach.” – Tony Robbins

I have had the pleasure to share this simple yet powerful message several times in recent weeks. Are you interested or committed? Do you show up sometimes, only when it is convenient? Or do you show up all the time, accept no excuses, only results? Are you easily distracted or can you stay focused?

What has been so amazing is the “relief” many people feel once they figure out, truly, what they are interested in versus committed to.

I continue to believe it really does not matter which you are, interested or committed, instead it is in knowing the difference and deciding, where you can live more freely.

Here’s what happens, a light bulb goes off. You realize you’ve been spinning your wheels expecting results that quite honestly might never happen, as you have truly only been interested all along. You then have a choice, and the key is, what FEELS right to YOU.

A wise woman, who I admire, has taught me this valuable lesson, feel good first, then take action. Thank you Dana Wilde of The Mind Aware!

Inquiring minds want to know, what are your thoughts around being interested versus committed?
