With it being the new year and all I felt compelled to share because I’m reading everywhere about your new years resolutions and your goals and what’s new in 2014. So I have been following a woman named Chalene Johnson, and she has taught me something brilliant. You know, we write these goals down, and then what, you put the piece of paper away and hope that you’ll get them done in a year or six months or whatever your goal time frame is. She says, write a goals list every single week. Every week, sit down, same time, maybe even the same place, and write down your ten goals. You don’t look at the week before, you just write them down for that moment. And then make sure you are breaking down those goals, make sure you are doing your research, make sure it lines with your priorities. That’s my two cents.
